The collaboration between these two institutions was first initiated by our Office for Science and Technology in November 2012. Thanks to the international renown of these two institutions, which has created solid opportunities for collaboration, this agreement will facilitate the exchange of ideas, equipment, and scientific personnel and will also open the way for future transatlantic research projects and academic exchanges. These collaborations will provide particular support for joint PhDs, or cotutelles.
