The French Trade Office of Ottawa co-ordinates the Economic Expansion Services in Canada (Montréal, Toronto, and Vancouver).

The department is at the service of French businesses. It gives them information about the Canadian market, and supports them in their efforts for commercial scouting, and local implementation.

The agricultural attaché advises the operators, in particular, of the farm-produce sector.

It also informs the French administration on the Canadian economic, and financial, environment, and deals with the relevant Canadian Ministries for bilateral, and multilateral trade issues.
